Your Guaranteed Key Replacement key tag has your Key Replacement Member number on it as well as a postage paid return address to our secure Return Center. We will return your keys to you, when recovered, at no additional expense. We can recover your keys without putting your identity at risk.
Emergency Key Assistance is available throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you have misplaced your keys (a ring with the Key Replacement tab on it), the keys or transponder are damaged or will not work, or locked your keys in your vehicle, assistance will be provided to unlock your vehicle or residence and/or to replace the key(s) and/or transponder and programming (if applicable) as needed. Simply call the 24-hour Key Replacement Assistance toll-free number for locksmith assistance or key/transponder replacement assistance.
Eligible key(s) is defined as those specific key(s) owned by the registered member. Covered keys include those that are on the member's key ring that has the registered AutoShield Key tab on it, including: cars, tricks, boats, trailers, RV and personal items (such as jewelry, lock boxes, safes, ect.).
If you are locked out of your home, Key Replacement will provide services to unlock the door to your home and make a new key for you.
Call us to receive the most energy efficient, time-saving, or most scenic way to travel. In addition, you will receive narrative routing instructions, state-by-state routing, north-south orientation, points of interest and mileage guide.
Key Replacement Members receive discounts on car rentals through national car rental agencies.
In the event your vehicle needs to be towed due to loss/damage of key/transponder and the key needs to be "programmed" at the dealership, simply call the 24-hour Key Replacement Assistance phone number to arrange for a tow to your issuing dealership, or if traveling, the nearest franchise dealer.
If your vehicle is disabled due to a collision, 100 miles or more from you residence, you may qualify for up to $500 for emergency travel expense; i.e. commercial transportation, lodging, meals and rental vehicles.
